Dilip and Pradeep are two brothers brought up under difficult financial and emotional conditions by their mother. As years passes Dilip is known to dupe people and steal their money. Pradeep on the other hand is a nerd who believes in living life with pride and hard work. Dilip is disowned from the family because of his shameful attitude. After several years Dilip is blamed for his mother and brother's death. How Dilip gets out of this problem forms the climax of the movie.
